Prophecies of the Bible that foretell of the coming Jesus Christ and Muhammad.

Rev. David N. Hughes • Jesus Christ
Is there any prophecy found in the Bible that foretold the coming of Jesus Christ and Muhammad? Islamic scholars claim that the Bible once included Muhammad in its prophetic word, but Christians removed those references over the years. Could this be true?

The following prophecies that foretold of a coming Messiah that were fulfilled in the person of Jesus Christ.

Prophecies concerning Muhammad that are found in the Bible.

Miracles that were performed by Muhammad that are found in the Bible and the Qur'an.

Answering the Islamic claim that the Bible has been changed or corrupted over the years.

It is a notable fact that from the earliest copies of the manuscripts that we have today, to the latest manuscripts-a period of about 1400 years-the text size has grown only by about 2500 words. This is approximately a 2 percent increase. This indicates only a small amount of growth, and speaks of the stable process of transmission. In essence, the earliest manuscripts essentially agree with the latest manuscripts.

It is important to note that every available Biblical Manuscript is in agreement about the person of Jesus Christ, His deity, His death and resurrection. They all bear witness that He is the Son of God.
