Muhammad does address this question in the Qur'an. His answer?
YUSUFALI: Say: "If I am astray, I only stray to the loss of my own soul: but if I receive guidance, it is because of the inspiration of my Lord to me: it is He Who hears all things, and is (ever) near. " Surah 034:050
If anyone pounders this statement for a few moments will soon realize that this statement could not be true.
Throughout the Qur'an Muhammad is paired with Allah, the Muslim God, Islam's very foundation is that God (Allah) is one and that Muhammad is His massager. In the Qur'an, Muhammad is always given the position of authority over all Muslims as the massager of Allah.

If Muhammad takes full responsibility for the information found in the Qur'an ,then the statement of Surah 034:050 must be without a doubt must be a false one. Why?
- Because of Muhammad' s message millions of Muslims have lost their own soul to the torments of hell.
- Because of Muhammad's message Muslim women have suffered under the brutal hand of Islam, with no hope of reaching paradise, thus losing their own soul to hell's fire.
- Because of Muhammad's message the thousands upon thousands of Muslims that murdered in the name of Allah and his prophet, will be held accountable for taking a human life and receive the just reward that hell holds for them.
- Because of Muhammad's message Muslims will be held accountable for the souls of those that they have murdered before they had the opportunity to accept or reject the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
- Because of Muhammad's message individuals, who are Christians, lived a life subject to the mandates of Islam, treated as second class citizens, through no choice of their own. Those Muslims will be held responsible, and will lose their own soul to the torments of hell.
No Muhammad not only did you lose your own soul, which never saw paradise, those who you deceived, their souls will forever be lost with you.
If you are a Muslim, or an unbeliever, repent and call upon the name of Jesus and he will forgive you and you will see paradise. For the Bible says;
- ...for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 3:23
- For "whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13

God, which Christians call Father, makes it very clear that each person is held responsible for the acceptance or rejection of the message found in the Bible. If a person rejects the Biblical message and embraces Islam, responsibility lies with the person.
HOWEVER, those who teach will be held accountable for the false teachings that they proclaimed.
